The Finish Line

Yes, the opportunity to compete for a share of the $250,000 purse is a major draw to the Roswell 2 Rainier Run, but there is so much more.

The finish line finds us in the beautiful PNW at the absolute best of time year to be in the area.  Mt Rainier NP and the surrounding areas offer so much to do and see.  Magnificent mountain views, hiking, mountain biking, adventure course, disc golf, climbing wall, to name a few.

Jaunt over to the Pacific Coast for some sun and surf, raft the Columbia River, head to Seattle for some nightlife and dining along the Pugent Sound, visit the Olympic Peninsula and enjoy standing on the westernmost point of the contiguous US.

There is plenty to see and do in the area, and you are encouraged to stay a while to get a varied experience of a corner of our country that you may have never considered visiting.

While Roswell 2 Rainier is not offering any booking services, we are in talks with a local-to-the-area mountain resort for activities and lodging for entrants wanting to enjoy a long weekend stay in the PNW.

For those entrants that do not wish to drive round-trip, we are communicating with a transport company to return the vehicles to Roswell at a group rate.
